Citizen McCaw IN THE CLASSROOM:
AN ETHICS LEARNING RESOURCE

Citizen McCaw in the Classroom Ethics Learning Resource guides teachers and students to a deeper understanding of some of the most pressing Constitutional and ethical issues facing our democracy. The study guide is designed as a road map to help teachers and students use the Santa Barbara News-Press case study to understand the larger journalism issues the film explores. The study guide helps teachers integrate the larger issues— First Amendment, media ethics and bias, the future of newspapers— into lectures, discussions and assignments.
